I’ve posted the Yearbook pic before, but here’s a different scan which better shows certain details (also, isn’t it always worth another look?)

Roscoe looks pretty annoyed to be there, and didn’t bother combing his hair that day.  Mark looks pissed at James and also didn’t bother to comb his hair.  Kadabra looks more Snidely Whiplash than ever.  Conclusion: at least some were probably hung over.

Justice League Unlimited Mark Mardon better known as The Weather Wizard. Easily my favorite member of the Rogues (with Mirror Master right behind), I was so anxious to get this figure that I went through a Hong Kong Seller on Ebay to get it initially. Only catch is, it didn’t come with the “weather wand”. A year or so later I find a great deal on it online and snatch.
