I love the end of the first one: “He could be anywhere…..”
Beginning of number 2: “Oh, wait.  He’s right over there!”

Ahem.

Hello, Kiddies!

In case you weren’t aware: October’s here. And that means nothing but horror movies for 31 days straight! HEEHEEHEEHEEHEEHEEHEE!

<ahem>

We’re starting the most wonderful time of the year with a quick look at some early John Carpenter movies that all feature Nancy Loomis/Kyes:

This girl

Nancy was in:

1. Assault on Precinct 13 (1976) as Julie

2. Halloween (1978) as Annie Brackett

and

3. The Fog (1980) as Sandy Fadel

The Ninth Gate (1999)

The perpetually apathetic Dean Corso (Johnny Depp) is a mover and a shaker in the high stakes world of rare book-dealing.

…Yeah.

Corso is tasked with tracking down the legendary book, The Nine Gates to the Kingdom of Shadow.  A book that supposedly can summon the Devil himself!

Fun Fact: John Carpenter’s entry in the first season of Masters of Horror “Cigarette Burns” is essentially the same exact movie.
